The Troy Trojans played the Idaho Vandals yesterday hopeful of coming away with a victory.The Trojans got to work early in the ballgame yesterday by scoring the first points of the ballgame with a touchdown.
The Vandals did not back down from the Trojans yesterday by only being down by a touchdown at
halftime being a 24-17 score.
Troy would manage to score two more times in the second half with one touchdown and a field goal making the final score 34-17 with the game going to the Trojans.
Brandon Silvers went 19-25 with 231 yards passing and two tosses for touchdowns.
With the ground game, Jordan Chunn rushed 28 times with 193 yards rushing and one touchdown.
Montres Kitchens picked apart the Vandal offense by coming away with three interceptions with one interception going for a touchdown.
The Trojan's record improved to 3-8 of the season hoping to finish the season with another win at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
